Charles D. Bullock

Charles Bullock is also one of the founders of Stevenson and Bullock, P.L.C. He has been practicing law  for nearly 20 years.  He became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1995 as well as being a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.

 

Chuck has been a Super Lawyer since 2010 and dbusiness Top Lawyer in 2011 and 2012. He has contributed to several scholarly articles on bankruptcy practice in Michigan Lawyer Weekly and other publications.  Chuck is a Former Contributing Editor for Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice as well as being an Adjunct Professor at the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.   He has even testified to the United States Senate Commission on the Judiciary in Washington D.C. regarding the impact of bankruptcy practice on small businesses.

 

His profound experience includes: being admitted to practice in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court, Eastern and Western District of Michigan and Western District of Tennessee; membership in the Federal Bar Association; National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; American Bankruptcy Institute; The Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney; and the American Bar Association. Additionally, Chuck clerked for the Hon. Bernice B. Donald, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District, Tennessee.

 

Mr. Bullock completed his B.A. at the University of Michigan in 1991 and his J.D. at the University of Memphis in 1995.

Michael A. Stevenson

Michael Stevenson is one of the founders of Stevenson and Bullock, P.L.C. He has been practicing law for over 25 years. He became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1985.  

 

Michael's extensive qualifications include being admitted to practice: in Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; American Bar Association; D. Augustus Straker Bar Association; Wolverine Bar Association; National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; American Bankruptcy Institute; the Consumer Bankruptcy Association; and as a National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney.  He is also a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

 

Mr. Stevenson completed his B.A. at Michigan State University in 1981 and his J.D. at the Wayne State University Law School in 1984.

Kimberly Bedigian

Kimberly Bedigian became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1996.

Additionally, Kim was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the   American Bankruptcy Institute and  Consumer Bankruptcy Association.

She has continued to professionally develop her bankruptcy practice through several expert training sessions including: the 2010 ABI 22nd Annual Winter Leadership Conference, December 10-11, 2010, Scottsdale, Arizona;  2010 ABI Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference, November 11, 2010;  2010 ABI Central States Workshop, June 18-20, 2010; 2009 ABI Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference, Dearborn, MI, November 11, 2009; and the 2009 ABI Central States Bankruptcy Workshop, June 12-14, 2009. 

 

Mrs. Bedigian completed her B.A. at the University of Michigan in 1992 and her J.D. at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in 1995. Additionally, she was Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification in 2004.

 

Sonya N. Goll

Sonya Goll became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2000.

 

Additionally, Sonya was admitted to practice in the  Supreme Court of the United States of America and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the  American Bankruptcy Institute and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association.

 

She has continued to professionally develop her bankruptcy practice through several expert training sessions including: the  2009 ABI Central States Bankruptcy Workshop; 2008 ABI/Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference, Troy, MI, November 10, 2008, (presenter-unable to present but materials published, materials preparation); 2007 ABI/Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference, Troy, MI, November 12, 2007; 25th Annual Spring Meeting/American, Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), Washington D.C., April 2007; and the Columbus Day Seminar/CBA & Federal Bar Association, October 9, 2006.

 

Mrs. Goll completed her B.A. at Western Michigan University in 1995 and her J.D. at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2000. Additonally, she was Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.

Ernest Hassan became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in  2004.

 

Additionally, Ernie was admitted to practice in United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.   He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

 

Mr. Hassan completed his B.A. at the University of Michigan in 2001 and his J.D. at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in 2004. 

Elliot G. Crowder

Elliot Crowder became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2011 as well as being a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2011 and the New Jersey State Bar Association since 2012.

 

Additionally, Elliot was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern  District of Michigan. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

 

He has continued to professionally develop his bankruptcy practice through expert training sessions including the 2012 ABI Central States Workshop, 9 hrs., Traverse City, MI June 7-10.

 

Mr. Crowder completed his B.S. at Syracuse University in 2006 and his J.D. at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in 2010.
