Kimberly Bedigian is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. In 2004, Kimberly earned her certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law from the American Board of Certification, and has continued to be re-certified by demonstrating experience and proficiency and securing peer recommendations every five years thereafter.
Kimberly’s practice includes representing debtors, creditors, and fiduciaries in bankruptcy cases, as well as representing receivers and other fiduciaries in state court matters on a variety of matters at all levels, including appellate matters.
She is a frequent contributor and presenter at local and regional bankruptcy seminars, and consistently collaborates in the preparation of bankruptcy-related written materials for a variety publications and journals and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, a sustaining member of the Eastern District of Michigan Bar Association, and a supporter of the Court Historical Society.
Kimberly completed her B.A. at the University of Michigan and received her J.D. from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
