Rachael became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2009 and has become a trusted counsel for many. Rachael’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts in Michigan. Rachael regularly litigates, arbitrates, and negotiates disputes in construction, finance, mortgage, real property, complex collection, commercial landlord/tenant, and related matters. Rachael also has served as “outside in-house counsel” for contractors, mortgage lenders, and servicers with a keen eye to risk assessment and mitigation.
Rachael received her Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology from Michigan State University and her juris doctorate from Wayne State University Law School. Rachael is regularly recognized for her devoted practice style, being honored by Best Lawyers in America for her contributions in litigation and banking and finance law.
