Kimberly M. Coschino (née Moehle) became a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 2018 and focuses her practice on receivership and complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts in Michigan. Kimberly has counseled municipal, corporate, and individual clients in all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings and pretrial motion practice through appellate work. She has substantial experience assisting clients with matters involving business litigation, cannabis litigation, civil fraud, class action defense, and other high-stakes matters. Kimberly is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. She has been recognized by the Michigan Super Lawyers publication as a Rising Star for her work. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, where she served as an Associate Editor and Senior Articles Editor for the Wayne Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Western Michigan University.
